Neal enjoys spending time in the Irish Hills during the year and is an avid fisherman. Neal Has been married for 31 years and has 4 children 3 of which attended Sylvania Schools. Neal is an active board member both past and present such as Toledo area Chamber of Commerce, Sylvania Chamber of Commerce, The Sylvania Senior Center, Owens community business Advisory, and Is Chairman of the Lucas County Commissioners Economic Development Board. Neal is a partner at Midland Title and Escrow one of the few remaining locally owned title companies in Northwest Ohio. He graduated from St John’s high school and attended Bowling Green State University.

Neal is currently serving his 3 rd term as a Sylvania township Trustee.
